In order to protect our staff and our customers we will implement some changes to the way we operate from Friday 13/03/20.
Our staff members will continue to work throughout the duration of the COVID-19 pandemic and we will continue to supply our customers with their fuel. We will also continue to follow the guidelines and legislations set out by the WHO and the Public Health Agency to ensure the well-being of both our staff and our customers.
We will remain in our offices and depots and will adhere to our normal business hours but we may restrict contact with customers entering the buildings. There may be times where we will need to work with reduced staff numbers and this may affect delivery times but we will endeavor to continue with the high level of customer service our customers have become accustomed to.
Where possible we ask that customers make payments via Debit or Credit card but please know that we are still accepting Cash and Cheques as methods of payment. We may have to instruct our customer facing staff such as our drivers and receptionists to take further precautions when handling cash or cheques.
We appreciate your understanding and support and we will do everything possible to keep our customers supplied with fuel during these unprecedented times.
